Senator Rand Paul Kentucky is entering his 9'th hour of a Senate filibuster. Senator Paul is holding up Senate conformation of John Brennan for CIA director and vows to speak until Barack Obama himself declares that he has no authority to launch a drone strike on an American citizen on American soil without a trial, a warrant or charges filed.
