Conspiracy To Solicit Murder Approved By Obama Administration
Good news ....good news, for those of you with an especially annoying ex or a neighbor whose dog wakes you at all hours or if engaged in a political or legal dispute ....not to worry. There now seems to be a remedy for those annoying pests, hire someone to kill them. In the past these remedies have long been denied to the public at large and its use has been confined to the mob or drug dealers, well ....no longer. In a sudden reversal of a long held policy the obama administration has declined to arrest and charge the head of the new black panther party for offering a contract for murder. There has been no official comment by the administration on this sudden policy change and legal scholars are urging caution to all those considering this new opportunity for remedial action as this policy change flies in the face of long held legal precedence and may not survive a court challenge. Another issue raised by these same legal scholars is the disposition of pending cases and they urge that all adopt a wait and see attitude until all questions are resolved

The liberal media has been too busy covering the Trayvon Martin shooting to pay attention to the high profile Florida murder trial that was going on across town this week. Two British students who were gunned down in Miami by black youth while on vacation last year. Today the killer was sentenced to life in prison.
Earlier this week the victims’ friends confronted the ‘cowardly’ killer prior to his sentencing.
Today the parents of two British students murdered in Florida slammed President Barack Obama for his lack of compassion over their son’s deaths.

Is This A Trick Question
I know its not really a question but for the life of me I can't see a down side here. Malik Shabazz head of the New Black Panther Party has threatened to burn the city of Detroit if the state steps in and cuts the free chit. I guess a little history is needed. Well this is from memory I just don't feel like digging it all up and its not that complicated. Detroit is broke ...busted ...tap city it has been run by liberals and only liberals for over 50 years. It once had a population of close to 2 million and was the wealthiest city of its size in the country. Today after 50 years of liberalism, its a third world slide area and the state may have to step in and run the city and put it on an austerity program. If that happens a lot of people's rice bowls are going to be broken and if the state starts to investigate perhaps prison for more than a few. In any case I fail to see a downside here ....the state can save the city and itself millions ....they get the city burnt, which means they won't have to bulldoze it to turn it into farmland as is planned for 1/3 of the city and every time there is a fire anywhere you can arrest Shabazz. Its a 3 fer ...works for me.

Ssshhhh ...Liberal Approved Lynching In Progress ..... Do Not Disturb
I have been watching the ever increasing frenzy over the death of Trayvon Martin with a mounting sense of horror. It seems the liberal press, obama , the black panthers, jessie jackson, al sharpton, louis farrakhan, spike lee and others have decided the fate of George Zimmerman, facts and the unknown be damned.
The case has been heard in the court of liberal public opinion, oral arguments have been made ( witnesses ignored ) the approved evidence has been weighed and the sentence has been handed down, GUILTY AS CHARGED. The only dispute now seems to be the severity of the sentence. The black panthers are advocating death as their 10,000 reward for Zimmerman dead or alive makes clear they're preference. Spike Lee made certain if someone wanted to collect the reward they would know where to go when he posted Zimmerman's address on twitter. The justice brothers al and jessie with farrakhan want their version of justice which entails them jetting in, giving speeches, raking in a few bucks off the injustice of it all and perhaps inciting the odd riot or two. If a few people die because of their rhetoric, well its a small price to pay for justice, except perhaps to the dead and their families. Its not as though they pulled the trigger themselves, they merely loaded the gun and left it carelessly laying about for others to make use of. Our president has made it clear that if the state and local government fail to achieve the desired outcome not to worry, the feds will step in and assure justice prevails for the son he never had.
And now for the press, it has been sometime since I have seen such a blatant attempt to sway public opinion to the desired outcome. No that's not true. I can say with all honesty I have never seen such a blatant attempt to sway public opinion. They have since the beginning committed the sin of omission on a grand scale. They first identified Zimmerman as white , he's not. The national press never informed the public that they had witnesses to the incident until sometime later and only after it broke on the blogs. They have altered photograph's of the man who was shot. They have largely confined their use of photo's to old out of date photo's of the man who was shot knowing full well there are more recent ones but they do not depict the young man as they, the press wish him to be seen. They failed to find out he was suspended for 10 days due to drugs being found on him. If you remember the 911 call Zimmerman said he thought the man was on drugs and was acting strangely. They reported the screams on the 911 call as belonging to the dead man when according to the police and witnesses it was Zimmerman who was screaming. They failed to report that both a witness and Zimmerman said it was the shooting victim who assaulted Zimmerman and this was collaborated by physical evidence collected and observed by the police on the scene . The press has reported that Zimmerman was a habitual caller to 911. Well it turns out he made 46 calls between Jan 1 of 2011 and up to the night of the shooting. That's about 1 every 10 days and most of those were to report open doors, windows and the like, only 9 were to report suspicious people. If I were so inclined I could make that many valid 911 calls just in my neighborhood in Wilkes Barre on a warm summer week end.
I don't know what happened nor do the people calling for Zimmerman's head on a pike but I do know that there are enough questions that it is best to wait and see what an investigation brings. I also think we may have run out of time as the mobs are on the move and its likely to late to call them off. To Mr. Zimmerman pack your bags and make out your will because its even money and you pick it as to who is going to get you ...the feds or the crazies.

The officer was searching Trayvon because the day before he had observed Trayvon on camera vandalising the school and while searching him to retrieve the items he had used to vandalise the school he discovered the jewelry and burglar tools and once for truancy. Zimmerman was concerned that Trayvon was acting strangely and may have been on drugs and that he was casing the homes in the area as he stated in 911 call.

LOOK ....LOOK .....no blood .....no bruising ....well if you view the tape at about 42 seconds in you can see a police officer come around Zimmerman and look at the back of his head for 3 or 4 seconds. I haven't had much to say about the liberals latest attempt to drive Rush off the air as it happens on a pretty regular basis and with the same results. They whip themselves into a pretend frenzy and when its all over Rush is still there. Lets Take It All And See How That Works Out
I have been listening to the anti rich rhetoric from the administration for several years now and to be honest its getting on my nerves. They have stated that the rich need to pay their fair share so often I am beginning to wonder if they are beginning to believe their own bullshit. The fact is the rich pay their fair share and then some but the liberals and their Flying Monkeys needed a whipping boy and I guess it was their turn.
The truth of the matter is if we stripped the rich of every thin dime they had it still wouldn't do much to reduce obama's deficits. I ran across this video a while back when the dust up in WI was taking place over Scott Walker and the unions pitched a hissy fit and michael moore decided to throw his 2 cents onto the table. The left wants more and they want more to funnel it to those who contribute very little to society. The poor in this country live in the suburbs, in 3 bedroom homes with electric lights, AC, heat, hot water, cheap or free housing, a better medical plan than most, an assured food budget, cell phones, and most have cars. The left seem to believe that the poor now deserve the same life style and benefits of those who work and that we the tax payers should fund it. Its a nice gig I guess if you can stomach it. You don't need to worry about the mortgage, keeping your property up, taxes, medical bills, none of the things that keep me and others awake at night and they want more. We have made poverty far to comfortable I think.

1,056 Days And Counting.
1,056 days, we fought and won WW II in about that amount of time. Built the Empire State building in about 1/2 that time. Were about 1/2 way in our endevor to reach the moon with the Apollo program. Yet today it has been 1,056 days since the democrats in the Senate have passed a budget. Harry Reid says we really don't need one.

This Is The Cesspool Obama Came From ....Remind You Of Any Place You Know ?
Chicago has long held the reputation as being the most corrupt political landscape in American politics and it is all democrat all the time. Personally I have always thought our little corner of paradise here in Luzerne county could give them lessons in both plain and fancy skulduggery. This story doesn't dissuade me from that opinion but I have to admit that it does rank up there with the best of them ....a sort of a new high in lows if you will. I think I would feel right at home in Chicago and I'm sure more than a few Luzerne county residents would have to agree with me. The foul stench that wafts through the air in both places has to be very much the same and as I said obama rose to the top in that cesspool.

Well they say great minds think alike and it seems that not so great minds think alike as well. When both liberals and Al Qaeda hate you and curse your name you know you have to be doing something right. Whats even more telling is who Al Qaeda thinks are the least objectionable. Would it surprise anyone that they tend to favor the very same media outlets as liberals. How so very odd me thinks.

The Keystone Pipeline project was expected to create tens of thousands of high paying jobs in the oil industry. The project itself would create 20,000 construction jobs. And the pipeline would bring oil from Canada and North Dakota to refineries in the United States.

To rub a wee bit of salt into the democrats wounds on this one they also project it will not cover as may as the democrats told us it would. Now I am not going to say that the democrats were lying little zipper weasels and that they knew they were lying little zipper weasels when they sold us this steaming pile of fecal matter. I will say that as I and the majority of the American people sat there and watched their noses grow we had a feeling that we were going to wind up with an ear full of cider and we did.

Holder Kills Texas Voter I.D. Law
It was expected and it surprises me it took them as long as it did. Today the Dept of Justice killed a Texas voter I.D. law. Democrats have made voter fraud big business and without it they would not do as well as they do. They have national groups and organizations whose sole purpose seems to be rigging the election process by hook or crook. They of course claim that voter fraud is not a problem and that those who support tighter control of the voting process are at best, against the poor and at worst racists. If you are paying attention however and know where and how to look ( not the national news casts ) there are voter fraud cases that come to light nearly ever week. In any case the Dept of Justice killed a Texas voter I.D. law stating that many Hispanic voters do not have state issued I.D. In short they are saying that certain people should be exempt from attaining one of the most basic necessity's needed in our modern society and that their decision to do so should be allowed to decide and affect our voting process. To put it bluntly the democrats are insisting that a large % of their voters are to stupid or lazy to meet the basic lawful standards required to vote and that being the case its up to the rest of us to accept the consequences of their inability or laziness.

As I am sure most of you have noticed gas prices have increased by large margins over the last few weeks. If you have been paying attention this comes as no surprise as gas prices began to climb from the day obama was elected and in a little over 3 years have more than doubled and in some places nearly tripled. Well its now to the point where it is beginning to drag obama's polling numbers down and a large majority of those polled blame obama. Could it be that the American public have indeed been paying attention to obama's energy policies and their affect on prices ? To be honest I find it difficult to grasp the nuances of the international oil market and am confused by the conflicting reasons given for the rise in prices but common sense tells me more drilling is better. And a pipeline can't hurt. We have 2 million plus miles of pipeline in the U.S. now, we know how to do it.

UPDATE 4-Harrisburg, Pa. to skip two debt payments

March 9 (Reuters) - Pennsylvania's distressed capital city, Harrisburg, will skip $5.3 million of debt payments due next week, the first time the city has defaulted on its general obligation bonds, to ensure there is enough cash to fund vital services.
Pennsylvania's capital of 50,000 people is mired in $326 million of debt due to the expensive retrofits and repairs of its troubled trash incinerator.
"Although this default on general obligation bonds is unfortunate, I don't think it's going to hold up the process for proceeding under the recovery plan," Receiver David Unkovic said.

Shooting On Fulton Street In The City
7:40 P.M There was a shooting on Fulton Street in W.B. City .... Hispanic male ....grey pick up ....may be on foot in area of North Sherman and Coal street. 8:10 P.M..... 1/2 dozen police have a guy stopped in front of my house. just released him. 8:20 ...police and dogs checking back yard ....never boring here in the Heights....16 news crew just rolled by so it might be on 10:00 news ..... 8:40 all kinds of flashing lights and sirens end of street...8:50... May have found truck on Oakwood lane which is 3 or 4 blocks Southeast of the shooting and same street as another shooting or stabbing just a few weeks ago as far as I know no arrests have been made in that one ...not sure if thats the case but they seem excited and they sent out a detective. On the Times Leader web site .....The man shot supposed to be a 28 year old from Logan Street ....no description of suspect given.... Just heard on scanner a response to a query by newspaper if there was going to be an announcement of an arrest ...reply was no not now ....wonder if they have someone in custody. If that was the truck they found up on Oakwood Lane a man was shot there back in Dec. Folks if ya live in Wilkes Barre buy a scanner ...around here its a survival tool

This is the end result of decades of the government being mother and father to its citizens. Its government money ....its free ....everyone deserves a house ....free health care ....free birth control .... free food ..... free housing ..... free cell phones. And the kicker here folks is its not illegal. She received a bit over 500,000 and stayed on welfare ....because she's entitled to it. God help us but these people vote and I wonder who she voted for ....anyone want to give me odds, cause I'll bet I know.

Amanda Clayton, a 24-year-old from Lincoln Park, Mich., is one of the few who does, and she is getting away with it. Clayton won $1 million from the Michigan State Lottery this fall, but she is still collecting and using $200 a month in food assistance from the taxpayers with her Michigan Bridge Card.
“I thought that they would cut me off, but since they didn’t, I thought maybe it was okay because I’m not working,” the lottery winner who just purchased a new house and car told Local 4 in Detroit. The station even filmed her shamelessly purchasing goods.
When Local 4 asked if she felt she had a right to the money, Clayton responded, “I mean I kinda do.”
Clayton justified the sentiment by explaining that after taking her winnings in a lump sum and having to pay taxes, the total amount was just over half of the initial winnings.
“I feel that it’s okay because I mean, I have no income and I have bills to pay,” she said. “I have two houses.”

Breitbart
The left vilified Breitbart and he laughed and raged and bit deeper into their ass and took no prisoners in his war against the left. He understood the dangers they pose to us as individuals and as a nation and he shouted that knowledge from the rooftops and he showed us how they did it. He and James O'Keefe destroyed A.C.O.R.N., gave NPR a black eye, Anthony Weiner is unemployed because of AB, Planned Parenthood was very nearly crippled, and for this the left hated him. Where ever Breitbart shone his light he exposed the moral and societal bankruptcy that is liberal thought and deed. I'm sure that tonight a good many of them sleep a little easier knowing he has passed. I will miss him and his work.

New archaeological evidence suggests that America was first discovered by Stone Age people from Europe – 10,000 years before the Siberian-originating ancestors of the American Indians set foot in the New World.
A remarkable series of several dozen European-style stone tools, dating back between 19,000 and 26,000 years, have been discovered at six locations along the US east coast. Three of the sites are on the Delmarva Peninsular in Maryland, discovered by archaeologist Dr Darrin Lowery of the University of Delaware. One is in Pennsylvania and another in Virginia. A sixth was discovered by scallop-dredging fishermen on the seabed 60 miles from the Virginian coast on what, in prehistoric times, would have been dry land.
