They have no shame. The ink isn't even dry and they are denying obama had anything to do with it. The truth is this pipeline had been studied for more than 3 years and we have 2 million plus miles of pipelines in this country now. We know how to build pipelines.

Jay Carney blamed Republicans today for blocking Keystone.
Real Clear Politics reported:

White House press secretary Jay Carney first says Republicans “forced” President Obama to deny the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline. Later in his press briefing, Carney says Obama didn’t turn down the pipeline.
