In an event that most of the media seem to have missed our President obama was served with an order to appear in a Georgia court. He of course being obama and far above such pedestrian activities failed to appear and then of course a contempt of court citation was issued. The media seems to have missed that as well.

Obama was also hit with the same charge in the aftermath of the B.P. oil spill when he continued the drilling ban against court orders.
