Holder Has To Go

It seems that the ATF did indeed use their Operation Fast and Furious to advance the issue of gun control. A story being run by CBS's Sharyl Attkisson reveals that the ATF used long guns sales to Mexican drug cartels to advance increased supervision of the very gun shops they used as a front for these sales. Holder has to go and we need to know if Obama was briefed on this as well. We know that there was information concerning Fast and Furious given to officials within the White House. The question is how high up did that information percolate. At the very least Holder needs to go and there needs to be a clean sweep of the ATF and the Justice Dept. They knew these guns were going to Mexico and given the climate in Mexico, than and now, they knew these guns would be killing Mexican citizens. That ladies and gentleman is murder pure and simple. If you commit a crime and there are deaths during the commission of that crime, that by law is murder, at least that is my understanding of the law. This was murder and it now seems it was murder to further a political agenda here in the U.S. Holder, in my humble opinion needs to be fired and perhaps charged at least as an accessory to murder.

Documents: ATF used "Fast and Furious" to make the case for gun regulations

On April 25, 2011, ATF announced plans to implement Demand Letter 3. The National Shooting Sports Foundation is suing the ATF to stop the new rules. It calls the regulation an illegal attempt to enforce a law Congress never passed. ATF counters that it has reasonably targeted guns used most often to "commit violent crimes in Mexico, especially by drug gangs."
