The ‘Giddy’ Is Gone… O-Care Will Cost Nearly Three Times as Much as Democrats Predicted

Then in May of 2010 the CBO corrected the numbers and said Obamacare will cost taxpayers at least $115 billion more than promised. Democrats pulled a fast one on the American public.
Democrats promised that Obamacare would cost $940 billion when they rammed it through Congress. The actual cost has gone up with each revision.
The latest CBO estimate says ObamaTax will cost $2.6 Tillion nearly three times as much as Democrats predicted.
If this was a just world they would all be jailed.

This is just more ammunition for Romney is a Presidential debate. Any bet as to Omama ducking a debate? After all, he won't be able to use a teleprompter. Nothing the traitor in chief does would surprise me.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the House and Senate, if the Republicans had any intestinal fortitude they would start impeachment proceedings on Reid and Pelousy for leading the effort to pass this abomination.
What kills me is that the democrat/liberal/progressive crowd is still telling us its going to save us money. If it barely saved us money at 900 billion how the hell is it saving us money at 3 times the price .... *SIGH * ....math is hard for some folks I guess
DeleteThe dems are in serious denial about ALL issues economic. Many Republicans and Rinos too.
ReplyDeleteAggie, I'm just a simple old auto tech. But I know one damn thing, if I take home a thousand dollars per paycheck I can't spend twelve-hundred. It's so simple a caveman could figure it out. Or maybe I'm missing something?
We have a wonderful example of this going on right now here on the left coast. The city of San Bernadino just filed for bankruptcy. This is not a small town. San Bernadino has over two-hundred thousand people. They've been in the red for years and now it's time to pay the band. The entire state may be next now the idiots up in Sacramento have approved "the train to nowhere". That's another (by some estimates) four-hundred billion dollars Kalifornia DOES NOT have. But they (the dems up north) went ahead and did it anyway. WTF!
BTW, Stockton and Mammoth Lakes up north also recently filed for bankruptcy. And our "leaders" up in Sacramento are just cruising along like nothing is wrong. I hate living here on the left coast but I'm too damned old to pick up and move.
sounds like your to damned old to stay ....I live in PA now but came of age in Texas and like they say " its a whole other country "
