One man, 30 kids with 11 different women: Where's the child support?
Desmond Hatchett, a 33-year-old man living in Knoxville, has been asked by the courts in Tennessee to pay child support for his children. Sounds normal so far, right?
But this is not your ordinary child support case. According to reports, Hatchett has fathered 30 children with 11 different women. This is the most on record for Knox County. The children range in age from 14 to infants, and each mother wants Hatchett to monetarily help raise the children.
Unfortunately for Hatchett, he works in a minimum wage job. This means that some mothers of his children receive less than $2 every month. This has prompted Hatchett to reach out to the state to help him financially.
This is not the first time Hatchett has been in the news for this story. In 2009, Hatchett was in court to deal with child support issues. According to a news report from the Knoxville CBS network -- which can be viewed below -- Hatchett said that he twice had four kids in one year. And before people write him off as a lousy father, Hatchett claims to know the name and birth date for each of his children.
But that was when there were only 21 Hatchett children running around. In the report, Hatchett said that he was done procreating. However, the fact that this week's Hatchett update has his child total at 30 means that the father has had nine more babies in the past three years.

Bro. Jamal Z. Breeder needs a vasectomy asap...mandatory. Perhaps the US needs a law that a mother and/or a father can't have more than two babies on the government dole without mandatory vasectomy and tubal ligation.
