I wish I could say I find this incredible but to be honest it does not surprise me in the least. In a painful interview to watch Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admits she did not review case law before issuing the contraception mandate. In other words they did not take the time to insure nor did they care if the mandate was Constitutional before they issued it. Liberals find the Constitution an inconvenience and it should shock no one that it never occurred to anyone in the administration to check this mandate's legality. They usually ignore it and this time was no different.
